Wisecrack Glass Repair is looking fora professional and organized Customer Service Representative to assistcustomers, schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and support daily officeoperations.

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and coordinate technician routes
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and customer records
• Assist customers withservice questions and insurance claims
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and completed work
•  Maintain accurate customer information
• Support office and administrative operations

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office
•  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•   Professional phone etiquette
•  Strong organizational skills
• Customer service or office experience preferred
• Drug test

Compensation

$17–$24 per hour,based on experienceand qualifications.
